Wizard World Chicago will always be an event I look forward to and this year was no different. E13 was happy to have both John Barrowman and Colin Donnell in attendance.

Those who have been fans of John for a while may recall Wizard World Chicago 2014 when a certain someone slept through their alarm and missed their early morning flight from Vancouver on Saturday morning. Understandably this “certain someone” was working until the wee hours of the morning and was on the next flight out to Chicago. Thankfully this year was much less dramatic and we were able to be there a full 3 days. John’s parents, Marion and John Sr., were also able to join us for 2 of those days.

The theme of this weekend was Tim Tam Tower Part 2. Fans had spoken to one another before the weekend began and brought Barrowman even more Tim Tams in hopes to rival his Melbourne Tim Tam Tower. You can tell he was excited by this:

Colin Donnell (John’s TV son from Arrow and who can currently be seen on NBC’s Chicago Med) couldn’t resist Tim Tam Tower either.

 

The E13 family had such a great time, especially when we discovered an amazing cookie vendor only a few steps away from the autograph area… as if the Tim Tams weren’t enough to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings.
